With over a decade of leadership in residential homebuilding, Seth Kelly leads the organization’s purchasing and construction teams. In his career, Kelly has had influential roles in launching new divisions in multiple markets in the southwest United States as well as facilitated over 10,000 home closings. Before joining ONM Living, he was the Vice President of Purchasing at HistoryMaker Homes. Kelly is a graduate of Sam Houston State University.
